Document leak an 'attack on America,' Clinton says
But does it when the US government has doing all kind of things to keep the war on freedom going.
The trove reveals candid assessments of foreign leaders, secret details of the global anti-terrorist campaign and embarrassing details of American diplomats gathering sordid details of the sex lives of foreign leaders.

Document leak an 'attack on America,' Clinton says
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Clinton says the release of 250,000 secret documents to the Internet represents an attack on America and its allies.
But does it when the US government has doing all kind of things to keep the war on freedom going.
Speaking in Washington, Clinton said the U.S. "strongly condemns the illegal disclosure of classified information," saying the act puts lives in danger, threatens national security and undermines diplomacy. "Let's be clear, this disclosure is not just an attack on America's foreign policy interest, it is an attack on the international community, the alliances and partnerships, the conversations and negotiations that safeguard global security and advance economic prosperity," Clinton said.
WikiLeaks, contending that the digital distribution of documents holds governments accountable.
The massive document dump – more than 250,000 U.S diplomatic cables made public Sunday by WikiLeaks – sent shock waves around the globe as the Obama administration had to coped with the fallout of revelations ranging from stunning to salacious as its policies and methods of dealing with friends and foes were embarrassingly laid bare.
And now damage control is being played out by Hillery Clinton, that shows how the US has caused more problems in the world, then any other country has, including putting forth a police state that is being played out in the US from the TSA molestings, to bio-research to be moved near the cattle food chain.

The White House has been scrambling to contain the potential diplomatic disaster spurred by the release of the classified U.S. State Department documents, ordering U.S. agencies to review their safeguards on classified information.
The trove reveals candid assessments of foreign leaders, secret details of the global anti-terrorist campaign and embarrassing details of American diplomats gathering sordid details of the sex lives of foreign leaders.
On Monday, U.S. President Barack Obama's administration ordered a government-wide review of how agencies secure sensitive information. Announcing the assessment, the director of the White House's Office of Management and Budget, Jacob Lew, said that the disclosures are unacceptable and will not be tolerated.
Clinton said the documents don't expose any wrongdoing on the part of the US government, and serve no public purpose.
What Clinton doesn't want the public to know is how she embraced and ordered Secret spy missions on the UN:
Clinton said "There have been examples in history in which official conduct has been made public in the name of exposing wrongdoing or misdeeds,".
Clinton said "There have been examples in history in which official conduct has been made public in the name of exposing wrongdoing or misdeeds,".
Does that mean Hilly Clinton will come clean on the Spy missions. Somehow I don't it it would have come to light.
Secretary of State Hillary Clinton show her misdeed, apparently orderng a covert spying campaign – blurring the role of diplomats – against UN leaders including Secretary-General Ban Ki-moon. Clinton ordered diplomats to spy on UN leaders, including Secretary General Ban Ki-Moon Work schedules, email addresses, fax numbers, website identifiers and mobile numbers were also demanded by Washington.

The U.S. also wanted ‘biographic and biometric information on UN Security Council permanent representatives’.
The request could break international law and threatens to derail any trust between the U.S. and other powerful nations. Requests for IT related information – such as details of passwords, personal encryption keys and network upgrades - could also raise suspicions that the U.S. was preparing to mount a hacking operation.

It is set to lead to international calls for Mrs. Clinton to resign.
The fishing expedition was ordered by Mrs. Clinton in July 2009, but followed similar demands made by her predecessor, Condoleeza Rice. Mrs. Clinton called for biometric details ‘on key UN officials, to include undersecretaries, heads of specialised agencies and their chief advisers, top SYG [secretary general] aides, heads of peace operations and political field missions, including force commanders’.
Mrs. Clinton's orders followed on from those given by former U.S. Secretary of State Condoleeza Rice, shown here with former United Nations Secretary-General Kofi Annan in Rome in 2006. She also wanted intelligence on Ban Ki-Moon’s ‘management and decision-making style and his influence on the secretariat’.
Cables were sent to U.S. embassies in the UN, Middle East, Eastern Europe and Latin America. America has always handed over information about top foreign officials to the Central Intelligence Agency (CIA). But the request by Mrs Clinton paves the way for officials to be more closely spied upon, with even their travel plans tracked by U.S. diplomats.
In what could discredit the U.S. role in the Middle East peace process, missions in Israel, Jordan, Syria, Saudi Arabia and Egypt were asked to gather biometric information ‘on key Palestinian Authority and Hamas leaders and representatives, to include the young guard inside Gaza, the West Bank’. Details of the US spying mission were sent to the CIA, the U.S. Secret Service and the FBI under the heading ‘collection requirements and tasking’.
International treaties ban spying at the UN. The 1946 UN convention on privileges and immunities states: ‘The premises of the United Nations shall be inviolable. The property and assets of the United Nations, wherever located and by whomsoever held, shall be immune from search, requisition, confiscation, expropriation and any other form of interference, whether by executive, administrative, judicial or legislative action.’
So before Clinton crys fowl about Wikileaks, she should be looking in the mirror, to see that her phony chicken little stories being played out by her in the media don't wash and add up to zero...

Among other revelations in the secret diplomatic messages: America’s close Arab allies have urged it to strike Iran – by bombing nuclear sites and decapitating the ruling Islamic theocracy; cyberwarriors from China’s communist politburo have attacked U.S. government computer networks.
“Cut off the head of the snake," King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia said, referring to Tehran, a call to arms he has repeatedly made to both the Bush and Obama administrations. It was a bellicose call, one echoed by Egyptian and other Arab leaders who regard the rising Iranian power across the gulf as an ``existential threat.”
Also revealed: North Korea has provided Iran with ex-Soviet missiles capable of lofting nuclear-warheads thousands of kilometres; Yemen has promised to cover for U.S. missile strikes on its territory by claiming they are its own bombing missions.
"We'll continue saying the bombs are ours, not yours," Yemen President Ali Abdullah Saleh is reported to have said.
"This is not one of those cases. In contrast what is being put on display in this cache of documents is that American diplomats are doing the work we expect them to do." said Clinton.
Instead, juicy details of U.S. diplomats being ordered to gather dirt on foreign potentates as well as their candid and unflattering observations are being laid bare. After a week of pre-emptive damage control, during which U.S. ambassadors
Arab fears of Iran’s growing power have long been known. However, that prominent moderate Arab leaders were pressing Washington to launch major military strikes was not.
WikiLeaks posted the documents on its website on Sunday, just hours after it claimed a cyber attack had rendered the site inaccessible for much of the day. The documents were nevertheless published on schedule, as they had been given in advance to The New York Times, Le Monde, the Guardian, Der Spiegel and others. While they do not appear to reveal security secrets, they undoubtedly expose the rough underbelly of otherwise genteel diplomacy.
Similarly, U.S. effort to get countries to take Guantanamo’s detainees was publicly evident. What the documents reveal is an almost sordid set of payoffs. For instance, Slovenia’s president was promised a face-to-face
meeting with the internationally popular Mr. Obama if the country would take detainees.
Among the juicy – if hardly surprising – details are diplomatic messages that report on unspecified “inappropriate behaviour” by a member of the British Royal Family; a reference to Russian Prime Minister Vladimir Putin as ``an alpha dog” and suggestions that Afghanistan’s President Hamid Karzai is “driven by paranoia.”
Other messages compared Iran’s controversial and unpredictable President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad to Hitler and suggest that Libyan Leader Moammar Gadhafi likes the company of his buxom Ukrainian nurse. There are also blunt – and harshly critical – assessments of some of America’s fighting allies in Afghanistan, notably the British forces who were heavily engaged in Helmand province until Mr. Obama sent tens of thousands of U.S. troops to southern Afghanistan.
Another previously undisclosed U.S. effort – now apparently stalled – was an attempt to extract weapons-grade uranium from Pakistan. Less surprising are diplomatic cables that report Saudis remain among the primary supporters of Islamic jihadist groups, including al-Qaeda.
So no matter how Hilly Clinton wants to play out the wikileaks in the mainstream media for damage control, it is time the US government is accountable for it's actions in the world, that have only lead the US government to force people to give up their god given freedoms and rights for fake surcurity, for the fake war on freedom.
U.S. Secretary of State Hillary Rodham Clinton is also expected to address the diplomatic repercussions later Monday, just as she is set to embark on a four-nation tour of Central Asia and the Middle East.
Clinton's first stop in damage control will be Astana, Kazakhstan, will feature a summit of officials from the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe, a diplomatic grouping that includes many officials from countries cited in the leaked cables.

Video taken in the UK that shows those who are agents of the law, have no clue what the law is about and make it up as they go.
Must be there is some kind of own mind drugs that are being put in their donuts and coffee...Mind Control......
Photographers Rights And The Law In The UK - A brief guide for street photographers. Know your rights when you're out with your camera. Despite the law being clear on a citizen's rights to freely take pictures in public places (with a few restrictions) there is growing evidence of the police, police community support officers (PCSOs), security guards and general jobsworths failing to respect the rights of photographers going about their lawful business.
Photo's of the Camera shy authoritarian-ism in the UK where misinformed police don't know the laws, Odd isn't it how police are acting as terrorist themselves.

Government Stupidity and How Judges get to push Feminist Propaganda in Murder Trials
Fathers Canada
November 18th 2010
In today's world, we are all seeing that decent fathers looking after their children or even believing in fathers rights issues according to the state, makes you another terrorist, a violent creature with no common sense. Those who should be on a watch list in the eyes of Extremist Feminist and dictatorship governments in Canada who push their feminist laws, who all think they are the state parent, that need to raise everyone's children and educate them on their moral-less issues.
As extreme socialism is being played out in Canada and other parts of the world, the governments aspiration, and triumphantly ideology requires the perfection of human society, that governments – in pursuit of this perfection – traditional democratic theory has been flipped upside down on all parents:
“Our rulers now make us accountable to them.” instead of the other way around. “Most Western governments hate you smoking, or eating the wrong kind of food, or hunting foxes or drinking too much.
Most of these governments think we borrow too much money for our personal pleasures and many of us are very bad parents. Ministers of state have been known to instruct us in elementary matters, such as the importance of reading bedtime stories to our children, or what kind of games we all must play with our kid and what kind of food we must fed our kids and what time they should go to bed.
We must face up to the grim fact that the rulers we elect are losing patience with us.
“Governments have no business telling us how to live. They are tiresome bunch, who spend to much time in exercising their authoritarian spanking they give us at night, before we tuck our children in bed.
The state determines what is “acceptable” and what is “unacceptable” – thereby constructing a new “language of authority” that enforces political morality even as it rescinds everyday moral inhibitions. People are encouraged to be “collectively dutiful and individually hedonistic.”

They are intolerable when they mount the pulpit. Nor should we be in any doubt that nationalizing the moral life of the people is the first step toward totalitarianism by governments.”
If we the people keep down this road, when it comes to our children, just be warned: “A populace which hands its morals order over to governments, no matter how impeccable its reasons, will become dependent and slavish.”
Interesting that we all as parents are one again we are seeing the fallout of women's violence in the news, but where are those political potato heads in government, who remain silent. Oh Right, their still blaming men and fathers for all the world's ill's.
Canada-ism is a joke being played out on everyone, but for the most part on men and fathers as a good example of how this country promotes itself can be seen in the courts with clueless judges.
Yes you heard me, Judge-ism.... is playing out in the Canadian courts, when Justice Alfred Stong thought that a dad who had his kids murdered by the kids mother, that somehow he was to blame for being a father.
How retarded and socilaist is that now....
“Are you happy now?” Elaine Campione spews at the camera. “You can visit them in their caskets.” The Crown characterized the murders as an attempt to prevent Mr. Campione from ever gaining custody of his kids.
It's time the elected political elite in office start to look at women's violence and put the laws back in place that show all laws are to apply to everyone, not just men and fathers.
Where are those rights of that Father and his Children, wherea woman can murder her children and the CPS protection Racket can ignore children at risk when fathers speak out, all because they in the government and those feminist beleive women never commit violence, as Pam Cross has pointed out on her blog.
And Where is Pam's outrage that children are killed by the hands of a woman. According to Feminist Pam Cross on her blog, she points out in a section on her site - "When violence is present, not only is inequality an issue, but also safety and, sometimes, survival. These can become, literally, life and death cases."
Maybe Pam Cross can point out, why didn't the children get to have a life where their survival could have been played out, if someone in Government, CPS, or the courts had make an attenpt to hear the father in the first place. His children would still be alive today, but you can bet your bottom dollar the feminist and the government with the likes of an useful idiot judges, Justice Alfred Stong will still slam men and fathers anyhow.
Maybe if these extermist feminist like Pam Cross stop pushing their propaganda into laws based on their own opinions and forcing clueless government elected officals to enact laws in legislation that do no one any good, children might even get a chance to live a life, instead of living in a nightmare world where everything is up side downism created by socialist government-ism to harm all familys. Violence is not a gender issue, violence can be committed by anyone, no matter who and what gender you are..Maybe Children need protection from mother and the feminist cult that run wild in Canada.
Judges, Government, and the CPS Protection Racket should be shut down and here is why and another example of a government-ism out of control
Judge-ism Stong added comments after the verdict announcement suggesting that if had the power to overturn the jury’s verdict, he would.
He said, “It is more than disconcerting to think that if Campione had not been so abused, so used and discarded as a person, her two daughters could still be alive…” Judge Stong was determined that even if it is Campione that gets locked up, Canadians would know that the real villain, morally speaking, is Leo Campione, the father of the dead girls (even though his alleged abusiveness was entirely based on his wife’s allegations and never proved), and it is actually the “discarded” Elaine Campione who is the victim.
Judge Stong felt such personal animus against the grieving father that he wanted to deny Mr. Campione and his parents their opportunity to read a victim-impact statement, standard practice even with mandatory- sentencing cases. He only relented under strong pressure from the prosecutor, who reminded the judge that the murdered girls had been “an extremely important part of [Mr. Campione's] life.”
The judge’s attitude is shameful. But what can you expect from someone who has been trained – literally, judges take structured learning programs steeped in feminist myths and misandric conspiracy theories – that women are never abusive or violent unless they have been driven to it by an abusive male. Judge Stong just could not get it into his head – he alluded to the “unimaginable facts of this case” – that a woman could kill her children without a motivation involving a controlling male that somehow drove her to the act.
Why did it not occur to the judge to blame the CAS?
The CAS was well aware of Elaine Campione’s quixotic and alarming history. They knew that Campione had exhibited many signs of psychosis, that she had been hospitalized in psychiatric wards, believed people were out to kill her and kidnap her children, and exhibiting such bizarre and/or negligent behaviours toward her girls that mother-substitutes, including her own mother, had to be constantly parachuted into her household if it was to function at all.
Yet the CAS decided the mother was the “safe parent.” go figure.
The socilaist governments have been so indicternated now that feminist propaganda is everywhere in government. Next you'll see it on the children's
One good thing has come to light in BC ABOUT THE TYPE OF FEMINIST PROPAGANDA USED IN GOVERNMENTS REPORTS FOR MAKING LAWS.
The BC Surpeme court saw enough sense at least to rule that feminist research as in the type the Status of Women was pushing in a Federal government report, (which even today, they say is factal information, even though the courts says otherwise) that was only based on feminist opinions and full of slander in that report and if anyone want to read what the feminist where pushing on fathers and men and what they wanted to do to any man speaking out, this is the book to see what feminist had in store for you, What feminists had in store for "FATHERS" So save it while you can they are trying to purge it off the internet.
Maybe now those useful ifdiots in government can see why they all got their collective heads up each others ass when it come to violence issues, and we all know violence is not a gender issue....as anyone can commit violence.

On Oct. 2, 2006, Elaine Campione held Serena and Sophia underwater in the bathtub of her Coulter Street apartment in Barrie. After they were dead, she dressed them in pajamas, laid them down on her bed and wove rosary beads through their hands. She then filmed herself uttering an angry tirade against her estranged husband, to whom she feared she would lose custody of the children.

Political Commentray and Opinion
When governments feel they can steal your property, they now have committed terrorism on the public by Intimation, threats, and thieft of property with Draconian Laws, that serve no one but governments themselves.

They the government need to be looked at, as who do they serve as it is not fathers, men who pay their taxes to self serving useful idiots in governments. Fathers rights have been attacked for so long by criminals in governments, who act out New World Order kookery that they themselves have forgotten what common law is really about. Politically, no one wants to look like they support criminals over victims, with the use of a police state being place in Canada. But the argument against these laws is simple - they don't work.

Sooner or later the public will realise that the "protection racket for gaining more monies to give to government" and promised by fake law-and-order auctions to come forward with the thieft of cars is simply a fraud. Law-and-order auctions appeal to emotions and make law abiding criminals out of good people. Governments are elected to develop policies, not to commit terrorism and distroy people's lives. It's time to say to hell with socialist governments who beleive they can commit crimes with the stealing of private property.
Courts get a new way to discriminate against fathers
Barbara Kay November 9, 2010 – 10:40 am
They throw guys in jail for non-support all the time, and when they do, the guys serve the whole 30, 60 or 90-day sentence (the term keeps lengthening), even though cocaine dealers routinely get out of jail after serving half their time.”
Ontario’s Family Responsibility Office, which is responsible for ensuring that custodial parents don’t get stiffed for child support payments by the non-custodial parent, has a lot of power.
Starting Dec. 1, someone (read “father”) in arrears on their support payments can have their car impounded. That’s about the stupidest punishment for non-payment one can imagine, since most people need their cars in order to work. As Lloyd Gorling, a father’s rights activist put it, “How are you going to make support payments if you can’t get to work? If you can’t make support payments, does the government really think you’re going to be taking a taxi every day to work?”

If you’re going for irrational responses to non-payment, why not just throw the guy in jail –– but oh wait, they already do that. They throw guys in jail for non-support all the time, and when they do, the guys serve the whole 30, 60 or 90-day sentence (the term keeps lengthening), even though cocaine dealers routinely get out of jail after serving half their time.
In 2004 an FRO staff member didn’t bother waiting for a court date to review the financial status of an out-of-work truck driver. He just suspended his license because – hey, because he could, you see.

But the guy couldn’t pay, because he had no job, you FRO idiot. He had no money to pay with, you FRO moron. He was looking for work, and the FRO decided that the best way to deal with a non-paying parent was to make it impossible to find a job so he could pay the support. Nice going, FRO. His suicide note lamented that he didn’t see any way out of his situation and had lost hope. And did anyone pay for that? Of course not. The FRO is accountable to no one.
Let’s look at the bigger picture, though. What is the guy paying child support for? Yeah yeah, to support his children. But that means they are, you know, sort of his children, right? Not necessarily. The custodial parent, almost always the ex-wife, although supposed to grant agreed-upon access rights to the children’s father, can arbitrarily decide she doesn’t want to allow access, and for any old reason — oh sorry, little Jimmy has a play date, oh sorry little Emma has too much homework, oh sorry, I just don’t want to — can deny the father access.

And does she pay for that? No. Oh, she might get a scolding from the judge, but there is no downside for her. No custodial mom has ever spent a night in jail or had her licence suspended for refusing her children’s father legal access to them. If they have, enlighten me. I have never heard of such an outcome.
You want to impose draconian punishments for non-support? Fine. But be rational about them. The arbitrary car-licence suspension is simply stupid. It punishes the children. But reluctance to punish children is the rationale for not jailing mothers who refuse access to fathers. Judges continually say they can’t put the mother in jail, because how would it look for the kids to see their mothers punished? One might ask the same question about their dads, no? Or does nobody care how it is for children to know their dads are in jail because they couldn’t give their mothers money? Rhetorical question. Of course nobody cares how a father’s suffering impacts on children, because only mothers’ suffering has the attention of family courts, police and the FRO.
If I were paying money for child support – and by the way, no custodial parent is obliged to say how she spends the money she gets for the children; she could be using it for spa days and nobody at the FRO would care – I wouldn’t be much encouraged to carry on with it if I never got to see my kids. It would occur to me that the state considers money more important to children than fathering. If the state feels that way, maybe society does too. Kind of an incentive-suppressant for fathers.
This story is about a lot more than car licences or what the appropriate punishment should be for failure to pay child support. Double standards abound in the custody industry. The FRO is a very scary agency characterized by way too much power, and far too little intelligence.

This is nothing but government terrorism at it's best, with governments who feel they can steal private property, any time they like, as this has nothing to do with making people pay up fines with their new draconian laws, that only serve to harm fathers in a police state mentaility, that has come forth in Canada.
Fathers Rights have been under attack for so long in Socialist Canada, that those useful idiots wearing their tin foil hats in governments think bringing in an Athenian law scribe under punishment for men for child support, small offences with heavy punishments will make anyone pay up to be a white bread slave in Canada.
It time for men and fathers who had enough of police states being used in Canada, take back what is their lawful right.
Governments don't support familes, they support themselves, and the cash flow they steal daily off familys, as all these political potato heads in office, on all levels either have no common sense, or they are just plain useful idiots in office catering to the New Wrold Order agenda, who think up more ways to harm children, familys and men alike in their socilaist uptopia world they created to make more slaves to cater to them whims.
If the Canadian government wants to start a revolution in this country and a uprising with the likes that they have never seen, then ya, keep on harming familys the way they are with their draconian laws as it is only a matter of time before people say Enough is enough, and take matters into their own hands!
What are draconian laws?
The son of this Alcmaeonides was called Megacles. During the days when Megacles was foremost of the nobility occurred the first effort to turn Athens from an oligarchy to a tyranny. In the year 610 B.C. a young nobleman named Cylon called all the people to aid him in overthrowing the rule of the nobles. The revolt failed; Cylon escaped in secret, and his followers clung to the shrines of the gods for protection. They were deliberately torn thence and murdered by command of Megacles. Because of this insult to the gods, the entire family of Megacles, the Alcmaeonidae, were thereafter regarded as accursed.
Even before this outbreak, the nobles had agreed that somewhat more consideration must be shown to the common folk. The rulers decided that all the cruel laws they had passed whenever the impulse seized them should be arranged in a single plainly stated system; thus, at least, the nobles could no longer twist the laws as they willed; and a poor man might know what the law really was, and so avoid breaking it unconsciously. The man who was summoned thus to "codify" the laws was Draco. So severe were many of the old half-forgotten laws that when they were all thus clearly set forth, men were horrified at their severity. Death was made the penalty for every tiny crime, even the stealing of an apple from an orchard. Draco is said to have declared that the smallest crime deserved death, and that he knew of no severer penalty to attach to greater crimes. Of this grim code of laws men said that they were "written in blood," and the word "draconian" remains in use today as signifying a rule unflinchingly severe.
The laws of Draco did not quiet the tumults in Athens. The friends of Cylon continued to aid the common people, especially in their protests against the "accursed Alcmaeonidae." Supernatural portents were said to betoken the anger of the gods, and threatening ghosts appeared. Disasters overtook the Athenians in a war with the city of Megara. Finally, the Alcmaeonidae were banished in a body. Even the bones of their dead ancestors were exhumed and sent from the country with solemn formalities to avert the wrath of the gods. At the same time another lawmaker, Solon, was authorized to prepare a new set of laws relieving the misery of the poorer classes.

New Ontario legislation that allows police to impound vehicles belonging to parents who fall behind in family support payments is a form of “persecution” that will do nothing to ensure parents continue to pay, fathers' rights groups say.

Starting December 1, people caught driving with a blood alcohol concentration beyond the legal limit, as well as those driving without a mandatory in-car breath monitoring device, will have their vehicles suspended for seven days.
But in a new twist, the same punishment will apply for people caught driving with a suspended licence for failing to pay family support. Such a remedy is a punitive measure that goes beyond the transportation ministry’s jurisdiction and does not take into account legimate reasons for missed support payments, says Lloyd Gorling, founder of Ex-fathers, an advocacy group for divorced dads based in Peterborough, Ont.

“How are you going to make support payments if you can’t get to work? If you can’t make support payments, does the government really think you’re going to be taking a taxi everday to work?” Mr. Gorling said.
“There seems to be an idea that these parents don’t care, or are hiding and they have all this money. It’s the exact opposite. For the most part, people who can pay, whether they agree or not, make the payments.”
Under current rules, the provincial Family Responsibility Office, which keeps track of all court-ordered child and spousal support, has the power to ask the Ministry of Transportation to suspend the licences of parents who continually miss their payments.
The province says 3,965 suspensions were handed out by the Family Responsibility Office between April 2009 and March 2010.
Now anyone caught driving with a suspended licence under this circumstance will not be able to use their car for a week.
“It really is a matter of impressing upon the public how critical it is that family support be paid,” Transportation Minister Kathleen Wynne said in an interview with the National Post.
She stressed the licence suspensions apply only to parents who have a record of “chronic, agregious non-payment.”
“If you’ve had your driver’s licence suspended, you’re not paying family support, you’re driving with your suspended licence, well, you know what? We’re going to take your car.”
But Progressive Conservative transport critic Frank Klees argues many people may not realize their licences have been suspended until they get pulled over, partly because the Ministry of Transportation informs people of suspensions by mail, and because of what he calls “administration problems” at the Family Responsibility Office.
He says he hears weekly from constituents with complaints about payments being misplaced or processed incorrectly by the Office, opening the possibility of some parents being branded unfairly as non-payers.
“The problem here is that there will be innocent people who will be caught in this regulation who will potentially lose their jobs because they are unable to get to the very job that they need to make the payments,” Mr. Klees said. “If we didn’t already have evidence that this agency really has a system that is unreliable, to overlay it now with this kind of action that can negatively impact someone’s life ... it’s unconscionable.”
Cara Zwibel of the Canadian Civil Liberties Association also questioned just how the impounding of a car belonging to someone who hasn’t made family support payment is closely related to road safety.
“There might also be issues with the costs of impounding a vehicle for someone whose licence has been suspended for issues of late payment,” she said.
Compounding the problem is the fact that it can be prohibitively expensive for parents unable to make payments to hire a lawyer to argue for lower payments, says Danny Guspie, executive director of Toronto Fathers Resources.
“If you lose your job, you’ve got a choice: hire a lawyer or pay the support,” he said. “In most cases, you couldn’t even hire the lawyer if you could pay the support. So how are you supposed to exercise your rights in Ontario, let along Canada?”
The coming changes to Ontario’s road rules are the latest in a long string of moves by the Ontario Liberals to crack down on bad driving. In August, the government came under criticism for poorly publicizing a new law that prohibits drivers under 21 years of age from driving with any alcohol in their systems.

Police union says tough drunk-driving laws targeting the wrong drinkersBy Damian Inwood, The Province October 20, 2010
B.C.'s harsh new drunk-driving laws are stretching police resources, says the Vancouver Police Union president Tom Stamatakis.
Officers now face the potential for more pursuits and are wasting time waiting for tow trucks and taxis after vehicles are impounded, he says.
"Ultimately, from a front-line police officer's perspective, we're ending up not targeting the person that's responsible for the very serious tragedies that we deal with in an ongoing basis," said Stamatakis."Even if you support the change of regulations, I don't think any of us support the fact that we've now become the judge and the jury. Our job is to enforce the law and another part of our criminal justice system should be dealing with the guilt or innocence thing and imposing what the penalties should be."
Stamatakis said the heavier penalties on drivers with a breathalyzer reading of between .05 and .08 means that police are targeting people who have a couple of glasses of wine with dinner - rather than problem drinking drivers. The higher penalties are leading to increased tension between police and drivers and extra officers may be needed for back up at a time when police are already short-staffed, he said.
"There's no question that speeding and drunk driving cause a lot of carnage on our roads," said Stamatakis, who's also president of the B.C. Police Association. "In this country, at least, it's not illegal to consume a glass of wine with dinner and it seems we're creating a situation where we are put in the unenviable position of having to enforce these regulations."
Stamatakis said his members weren't consulted before the government brought in the new laws, and that he plans to talk to Solicitor General Mike de Jong about them.
"There's a significant fine attached for both speeding and lower blood-alcohol limits," Stamatakis said. "Is that revenue going to be poured back into public safety, or going to end up in general revenue?
"My view would be if we're going to create these regulations that have a considerable impact on police capacity, then the revenues should come back to policing."
Simon Fraser University criminologist Neil Boyd said Wednesday he agrees with Stamatakis."When you institute these kind of changes, there may well be consequences that were not what was intended, in terms of the use of scarce police resources," he said.
"This is new territory. Do we have a lot of evidence that people at .05 are the people that are creating more than 1,000 impaired driving deaths that we get in Canada every year?"
Cpl. Jamie Chung, spokesman for RCMP traffic services, said the Mounties haven't experienced any extra problems since the law came in Sept. 20.
"Police work comes with risk," he said. "If we have to impound people's vehicles, there's always a potential for them to get irate."
And police have always had to wait for tow-trucks when impounding vehicles during roadside suspensions, he added.Manon Groulx, Vancouver vice-president for Mothers Against Drunk Drivers, was reluctant to comment on Stamatakis's views."If the new laws stop impaired drivers and reduce the amount of victims, we're
happy," she said.
De Jong didn't return calls from The Province but is due in Richmond Thursday to announce figures on the tickets and fines issued since the laws were stiffened.

Government Interment Lists and by what agency's of the Canadian Government
Notice that Canadian Heritage is listed as one of those agency's that puts out lists

This is an Summery of what took place in the House of Commons on a government funded slanderous report.

What an MP in the House of Commons had to say about this report;
MP BETTY HINTON, The MP who stood up against the type of tyranny being used in Canada on the Canadian Citizen's (fathers & fathers rights groups) and how the MP saw through their veil of deception and fraud being used for what the status of women claim is factical research using tax payers money that is only based on their opinions according to the BC courts.
This is an Summery of what took place in the House of Commons on a government funded slanderous report. Mrs. Betty Hinton (Kamloops, Thompson and Highland Valleys, Canadian Alliance):
MP Betty Hinton; Mr. Speaker, the minister responsible for Status of Women Canada is supporting the idea of a "hate watch group" to monitor men's and parents' organizations across Canada. This recommendation is found in the report commissioned by the minister called "School Success by Gender: A Catalyst for the Masculinist Discourse". Two well-known and respectable organizations in British Columbia are on that hate list. How can the minister justify spending public funds on an absurd list that promotes hatred against respected parents' organizations?
Hon. Sheila Copps (Minister of Canadian Heritage, Lib.):
MP Sheila CoppsMr. Speaker, I think the work of Status of Women Canada is actually to discourage hate against any person on the basis of gender. I have to say that when I look at the literally thousands of women in Canada still working for 64¢ on a dollar earned by a man, the thousands of women in Canada working full time trying to raise a family on less than $20,000, and the fact that 7% of boards of directors across the country are women, I think we have a long way to go to achieve equality in this country.
I hope Status of Women Canada continues its good work.
Mrs. Betty Hinton (Kamloops, Thompson and Highland Valleys, Canadian Alliance):
Mr. Speaker, those are nice comments but they have nothing to do with the compiling of a hate list. The minister spent 75,000 precious taxpayer dollars on a report filled with hate and inflammatory language that does nothing to raise the status of women but everything to denigrate men, families and parent organization volunteers. We know Liberals have contempt for Canadians but never suspected they would subsidize groups to demonstrate that contempt. Why did the minister spend $75,000 on a project that is a poorly disguised attack on men and the family unit?

Hon. Sheila Copps (Minister of Canadian Heritage, Lib.):
Mr. Speaker, I find it troubling that the member is referring to work done by three professors at Université Laval. If she does not agree with recognized work done by universities on the issue of gender equality, that is her prerogative. However, I think the Government of Canada has a duty to ensure equality between men and women. Three professors from Université Laval have conducted a study; we should at least look at it.

School Success by Gender: A Catalyst for the Masculinist Discourse
The Status of Women and it's authors of the report School Success by Gender: A Catalyst for the Masculinist Discourse Pierrette Bouchard; *Marie-Claude Proulx; *Isabelle Boily

A paper funded by the Canadian government publishes the names of American citizens whom it suggests are guilty of hate crimes. A Canadian federal agency called Status of Women urges that groups who advocate for fathers be investigated for criminal prosecution.
In fact, many of the so-called "hate groups" are not groups but individuals, who are simply criticizing the government. They advocate equal rights for parents in divorce cases. Under Canadian law, these citizens may be subject to arrest. And the government is urging that they be arrested: "We recommend that consideration be given to whether legal action can be taken under Section 319 of the Criminal Code," the report says.
That statute subjects to imprisonment anyone "who, by communicating statements in a public place, incites hatred against any identifiable group where such incitement is likely to lead to a breach."
If anything, though, it would appear to be the Canadian government that is inciting hatred against private Canadian and American citizens.
Betty Hinton, a member of the Canadian House of Commons, calls the report "a poorly disguised attack on men and families" and says it is filled with hate and inflammatory language which does nothing to raise the status of women but everything to denigrate men, families, and parent organizations.
The Canadian government has already resurrected archaic laws prohibiting criticism of government officials in order to arrest fathers, and fathers have been arrested for protesting outside government buildings. Special domestic violence courts in Canada can now remove fathers from their homes and seize their houses on unproven allegations.
So far as I know, none of the Americans on this list have been informed by the Canadian government that they are being targeted for possible criminal prosecution by the federal government.
Americans planning business or vacations in Canada should consider that their names may have been placed on government lists of "hate groups" without their knowledge and may therefore be arrested if they cross the border.

Ken Wiebe - Who Sued the Status of Women Canada. Who’s defaming who? (Pendulum Effect Ep7 Available)
Wednesday, April 1, 2009 0:29
Posted in category The Pendulum EffectOn today’s show I interview Ken Wiebe regarding his suing of the Status of Women Canada. Ken is from Fathers Canada, a coalition dedicated to working on behalf of fathers and children, advancing fathers’ rights and shared parenting while exposing the corruption and sexism rampant in the family law system. He was on the show on Episode 4 to discuss Father’s Canada.
Today we discuss something quite different. In 2008 Ken sued the Status of women Canada and the authors (Pierrette Bouchard, Isabelle Boily and Marie-Claude Proulx) of a report entitled “School success by gender: A catalyst for the masuclinist discourse” which sought to expose many, many men’s rights organizations for supposedly engaging in hate speech towards women. He sued them for defamation in listing his organization as one guilty of hate mongering and possibly inciting violence against women.Plus, news and commentary in the fields of gender and equalism from our regular pundit Mark Overy, aka Argus Eyes, who runs the blog True-Equality.Ken Wiebe is a father, a self employed business man and an independent contractor who has been a frequent independent contract consultant for government for approximately 19 years, in computer matters. He is the spokesman for B.C. Fathers, an unregistered support group for fathers and mothers in regard to access, custody and matrimonial disputes. He also assists in coordinating the coalition Fathers Canada.

It must be noted that the Canadian government research propaganda report was only based on Opinions, Slander, according to the BC Supreme Court, that said, the report was full of Slander on Men, Fathers and based only on Feminist Opinions. This is how Canada make laws and put people on lists, those who disagree with political policys in a Socialist Police State, where law and order is based on the New World Order to create slaves and sheep!
